Whether capturing the beauty of the natural world
..the mystery of forgotten places…
..or the personality of people we meet along the way, we bring creativity, passion, and a unique perspective to every image.
Our origin story
Two Odd Crows Photography was born from a lifelong friendship between Wendy Walmsley and Danielle Penrod. The two first met as teenagers at their first jobs and quickly bonded over their shared love of horror movies and a fascination with the unusual. Through decades of friendship and countless adventures together, they discovered a mutual passion for photography. Combining their unique perspectives and artistic styles, Wendy and Danielle created Two Odd Crows Photography—a creative collaboration that celebrates the beauty of nature, everyday moments, and the mysterious and forgotten places that inspire them most.
The Adventures Started Immediately
From the mudslides of Lollapalooza in 1992 to exploring the Overlook Hotel in Colorado in 2024 , we have 30 plus years together as friends and over a decade of sharing our love of photography.
We also offer uniquely mobile photography services:
Our specialty is a truly unique, fully mobile photography experience. You’ll often find us wandering festivals, community events, weddings, parties, and the streets of downtown Sandusky with our cameras in hand and our mobile print studio on our backs. We capture authentic moments as they happen, then magically transform them into keepsakes on the spot. Choose a classic 4×6 print or a fun 3×3 photo sticker, each including a complimentary digital download for easy sharing with friends and family.
We’re completely mobile, entirely cashless, and always ready for the next adventure, accepting tap-to-pay, Cash App, and other digital payment options. Wherever the two odd crows happen to land, unforgettable memories are only a shutter click away.
